Mein Carbon 1 hat sich als ein sehr zuverlässiges und langlebiges ebike erwiesen. Die Fahrt ist angenehm, und die Verarbeitung macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Vor einiger Zeit hat sich eine Schraube am Fahrradständer gelöst. Nach einer kurzen Rückfrage beim Kundenservice wurde mir schnell und unkompliziert ein neuer Ständer zugeschickt. Insgesamt eine positive Erfahrung, sowohl mit dem Bike als auch mit dem Service.
Ich bin wirklich begeistert von meinem Carbon 1! Am Wochenende bin ich 40 km gefahren, und das Fahrerlebnis war einfach großartig. Leicht, agil und eine echte Freude auf der Straße.
Der Zusammenbau war ziemlich einfach. Ich fahre es meistens als normales Fahrrad, aber wenn es bergauf geht, benutze ich normalerweise Assist 3 oder Turbo und es ist wirklich toll. Ich liebe dieses Fahrrad!

Zu meiner Überraschung ist mein Carbon 1 Fahrrad heute angekommen. Es war wirklich schnell und einfach zu montieren. Ich bin eine Runde um den Block gefahren und habe mich wieder wie ein Kind gefühlt. Dieses Fahrrad hat mir ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert und meinen Tag ein bisschen besser gemacht.
Besonderen Dank an das Urtopia-Team, das mich von Anfang bis Ende durch den Prozess geführt hat.

Superbike in jeder Hinsicht. Ich habe im September 2024 dieses Rad gekauft. Und kann NUR Positives berichten, denn ich suchte ein Bike für die Stadt. Kein Knacken, Superverarbeitung, Fahrstufe 1 reicht völlig aus und damit hat man auch die vollen 100Km Reichweite. Und der Preis ist mittlerweile auch wirklich angemessen und wurde um satte €1000 gesenkt: €2299 inklusive Ständer, der übrigens separat von DHL geliefert wird während das Bike durch GEL geliefert wird. In diesem Jahr hat man diverse Verbesserungen vorgenommen: Sattel ist angenehm. Ein Carbonrahmen braucht keine Federung. Und die Schaltung braucht ein Stadt-eBike auch nicht, denn 25 Kmh reicht, diese Grenze hat man nicht umsonst bestimmt.
