Each Urtopia shipment is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. If any issue occurs, please contact us as soon as possible at support@newurtopia.de.

We ship orders in the order they are received to the provided delivery address, provided it is complete, accurate, and complies with the shipping regulations of the respective region.

Estimated delivery times are shown on the respective product page. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Depending on availability, logistics, or order size, shipments may be split into multiple parcels.


Shipping Regions

The official Urtopia online shop delivers within Europe and selected regions. Deliveries to other countries or regions are currently not available.


Customs and Taxes

Orders within the EU:

All prices include VAT. No additional customs duties or import taxes apply.

Orders to non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland, Norway):

Prices are shown excluding import duties. Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees must be paid by the recipient.

These charges are typically invoiced separately by the shipping carrier.

Depending on the order, product availability, or logistical requirements, shipments may be split into multiple parcels. In such cases, import duties and fees may apply to each individual shipment.

Refusal to accept or pay these charges may result in the return or destruction of the shipment. Additional costs may apply in such cases.

Transport Damage (DOA – Dead on Arrival)

Please inspect your goods immediately upon receipt.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days and do not use the product further.

In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
